Since 2013, I have been running Beautiful Borders, a domestic garden maintenance business, serving Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Leicestershire.

As a team we all have a passion for plants and planting. We have been developing our own plant nursery over the last 3 years, when it became clear that sourcing interesting perennial plants and shrubs, was becoming more challenging! We know, through our work as gardeners, how important it is to be able to supply hardy and reliable plants, particularly in a changing climate.

We also know how important it is to have an evolving stock list, to reflect current planting trends.

All of our stock is grown by us from seed, cuttings or division or sourced from a network of British growers and suppliers. We are passionate about supporting the horticulture industry and try to buy as locally as possible.

We are currently only able to offer appointment only collection, from our nursery in NN6, or delivery, due to the work being undertaken to expand our facilities for the 2027 season.

Please get in touch if we don't currently stock something you need and we will try our best to source it from another plant producer.

Our Stock

Perennials

All of our own propagated stock and plugs that are nurtured and grown on by us, are available in a 2 litre pot size. These will have a good root system and are an affordable way to purchase plants, for the customer that doesn't mind a bit of a wait, for their borders to establish. We also have a wide selection of 3 litre perennials and occasionally some 5 litre. The larger pot sizes are ideal for customers who want a new border that gives instant impact, or gaps filling in an established border.

Shrubs

We have a small selection of hand-picked shrubs available, with Hydrangeas being our favourites! Most of our shrubs are either in a 5 or 10 litre pot size.

Grasses

We stock a variety of ornamental grasses, to add movement and structure to borders and landscapes.

Ferns

We have a variety of Ferns to give achitectural impact.

25-49 plants - 5% discount

50-99 plants - 10% discount

100 plants or more - 15% discount
